Q What are the check-in and check-out times?
A Check-in time is from 14:00 to 23:00, and check-out time is by 11:00.
Check-out time is 11:00 . You can extend your stay until 13:00 . (charged at 2,000yen).
Q Can I leave my luggage before arrival or after departure?
A Yes, you can. If you send your luggage in advance, please make sure to write your name and the date of your stay on the invoice.There is no charge for storage.
Q Is there a free shuttle bus to the airport?
A We are very sorry. We do not have a shuttle service.
Q Do you have a parking space?
A There is a special parking lot across the street from our hotel.
It is free of charge for guests.
Please make sure to bring your parking ticket to the front desk.
(The parking lot is open from 7:00 to 24:00 )
The height limit is 2.2 meters.
There is no parking space for cars or trucks over that height.
It is unlikely that the parking lot will be full, but you will not be able to enter after midnight.Please understand that we will guide you to a nearby toll parking lot.
Q Can I use gift certificates?
A No, you cannot. Please pay in cash or by credit card.
Q Do you have a restaurant?
A Breakfast is provided free of charge for guests.
Cup ramen noodles are available at the hotel store.
Q Can I use the Internet in my room?
A Both wireless and wired Internet access is available.
Please ask the front desk staff about the connection method.
Please note that it may take some time to connect or the speed may decrease depending on the status of other rooms.
Please understand that the hotel is unable to respond to technical questions regarding the use of the line depending on the operating system and computer settings.
Please refrain from using file exchange software, video downloads, etc., which have a heavy communication load, as they may cause communication problems in the entire hotel.The hotel cannot be held responsible for any security issues or problems that may arise due to the inability to connect to the high-load communication lines.
Q How old can my child sleep with me?
A Children must be of preschool age to sleep with us.
Children of elementary school age and older are charged at the same rate as adults.
Q Do you have a coin-operated laundry?
A There are two washing machines and two dryers on the 6th floor of the hotel.
Usage fee] Washing machine 200 yen, Dryer 100 yen (30 minutes), Detergent 100 yen *all taxes included
Q Do you have cell phone chargers available for rent?
A Yes, you can. Please ask at the front desk. However,
please note that the number is limited.
Q Can I bring my pet with me?
A Only guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are allowed to stay at the hotel and use the hotel breakfast room.Please let us know in advance if you wish to bring your pet.
Q When does the cancellation charge start?
A A 100% cancellation fee will be charged from the day of your stay.
In case of no-show, the charge will be 100% as well. If you contact us before the day of your stay, you will not be charged a cancellation fee of 0%.
For groups of 8 people or more, a cancellation fee will be charged one week in advance.
Q Can I smoke cigarettes (Icos, Glow, Plum Tech, etc.) in a non-smoking room?
A No. We do not allow smoking.Please use the smoking room.
